Sizing
Will your sheets fit Japanese-size futons and Western mattresses?
Every set is offered in both Japanese standard sizes (Single, Semi-Double, Double, Queen) and Western dimensions (Twin XL, Full, King, California King). Custom sizes for futons up to 220 cm are made to order and delivered within three to four weeks.

Origin
Where are your textiles sourced and woven?
Long-staple cotton from the Giza region of Egypt is woven in family mills in Imabari, Ehime — the heart of Japanese textile craft. Silk and velvet are produced in Kyoto using techniques refined across four generations. Each piece arrives with a certificate of origin.

Bespoke
Do you offer monogramming and bespoke colourways?
Hand-embroidered monograms are complimentary on orders above ¥40,000 — nine thread colours and four typefaces. Bespoke dye work (minimum six metres) is quoted individually. Write to atelier@velvetskyrealm.com with reference swatches.

Delivery
How quickly will my order arrive in Tokyo and beyond?
Stocked pieces leave our Shinjuku warehouse the same business day for orders placed before 14:00 JST. Greater Tokyo receives next-day delivery; the rest of Japan within two to three days via Yamato Premium. International DHL Express averages four to seven business days.

What does the 60-night sleep trial actually cover?
Sleep on any non-monogrammed bedding set for sixty nights. If it isn't right, we arrange complimentary pickup anywhere in Japan and issue a full refund — no restocking, no questions. Returned items are gently laundered and donated to the Tokyo Shelter Network.

Is there a loyalty programme for returning clients?
